I met Peggy about five years ago. I was separated from my husband. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day. I was confused and angry and sad and scared. And I was too anxious to even pack a suitcase without her sitting on the phone with me to support me in my choices. Fast forward to today— after one on one spiritual coaching and mentoring, as well as two 5-day in home stays to focus on decluttering and lightening my load— and now I reap the benefits.
